Welcome to CoolDock.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using CoolDock, our website, and any related services. By downloading, purchasing, or using CoolDock, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use CoolDock.

1. About CoolDock

CoolDock is a macOS app that gives you a useful second Dock with live widgets, quick actions, apps, folders, system tools, weather, calendar, reminders, media controls, search, and other productivity features.

CoolDock is designed to work beside your original Mac Dock.

2. License

When you purchase or download CoolDock, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app.

You may use CoolDock on devices you own or control, subject to the license terms shown at purchase.

You may not:

- copy, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense CoolDock
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- use CoolDock to build a competing product
- remove copyright, branding, or license notices
- use CoolDock in a way that violates laws or third-party rights

3. Purchases and Payments

CoolDock may be sold as a one-time purchase, subscription, or other pricing model depending on the offer shown at checkout.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Prices, discounts, and availability may change at any time. Any applicable taxes may be added during checkout.

4. Refunds

If you are not happy with CoolDock, contact us and we will try to help.

Refund eligibility may depend on the payment provider, platform, region, and time since purchase. If a refund is available, it will usually be processed through the original payment provider.

5. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, fixes, and new features for CoolDock.

Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued functionality. We may also change, add, or remove features over time.

6. macOS Permissions

Some CoolDock features require macOS permissions, such as Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Photos, Files, Microphone, Accessibility, Screen Recording, or other system permissions.

You are responsible for choosing which permissions to grant. You can manage or revoke permissions anytime in macOS System Settings.

Some features may not work if the required permissions are not granted.

7. Third-Party Services

CoolDock may integrate with third-party services such as weather providers, analytics tools, payment platforms, social platforms, finance tools, or other external services.

If you connect a third-party service, you are responsible for following that service’s terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, pricing, API changes, outages, or data practices.

8. Local and Online Features

Many CoolDock features work locally on your Mac.

Some widgets may require internet access or third-party APIs to display live data. These features may stop working or change if the third-party provider changes their API, pricing, limits, or access rules.

9. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use CoolDock.

You agree not to use CoolDock for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to interfere with the app, website, servers, licensing systems, payment systems, or third-party integrations.

10. Availability

We work hard to keep CoolDock useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, macOS version, third-party service, or configuration.

CoolDock is provided “as is” and “as available.”

11. No Warranty

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CoolDock is provided without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that CoolDock will meet your specific needs, be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every third-party app or service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device issues, or problems caused by third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim related to CoolDock will not exceed the amount you paid for CoolDock.

13. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CoolDock if you violate these terms, misuse the app, abuse licensing systems, or use CoolDock in a harmful or illegal way.

You may stop using CoolDock at any time.

By continuing to use CoolDock after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
